Got Pot?

Can some one tell me of a tattoo place where the artists don't smoke pot? I am not preaching any anti drug crap but I want the artist to be focused on the task at hand. I don't want to look at my tatt years from now knowing that it could have been better if only the artist wasn't high.
I put down a deposit at a top shop in the city but now have second thoughts since the shop smelled somewhat like a Floyd concert but not as much as the artist did. I can't get my money back, only a credit.
Can someone help me out?

What shop was this? honestly though... I've seen some crazy good work from artists when they're smoking pot...

In any case, you could check out Crimson Empire or Atomic Zombie. You could also mention it to the artist before hand.

I openly admit to enjoying marijuana, but agree that a sense of decorum and professionalism should be exercised by tattooists. I know, even as a pothead, that I would be slightly disturbed to have a doctor or dentist perform a procedure on me if he smelt like a weed factory. I like to blaze too, but do that at home where I can enjoy it, instead of the workplace. And even if clients do not mind that you are chronic, don't have your studio smell like a crop.

I would actually love to blaze with my tattooist before hand haha just never did bring it up. A good artist isnt going to be slowed down by a joint.

ok and I run a shop that has a wait for it ........ oh my god .......... NO DRUG POLICY lol I dont care what people do on there own time but I do want the artists in my shop to be clear headed and thats at S & S Tattooing on Stony Plain road

Dont get me wrong though Im not against drugs hell MY artist has to smoke so I live with it and he does great work you might have heard of him lol Scott Campbell over at atomic zombie I dont know many artisits that can top him and hes a great guy too not boring either
